Sample Drop Off

Dropping off samples requires prior authorization and are on a case-by-case basis.

We prefer that customers send all samples via FedEx or UPS but realize there are certain time-sensitive applications that may not be feasible for.

The drop-off service does cost $160 per sample

If your drop-off fee is not prepaid or we have not received a PO, we do require payment via credit card for all services at the time of drop-off.

Drop off hours: Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm except for major holidays.

Directions: Park on the north side of the building, Walk-in north door by conex, turn left at top of the ramp, walk straight through the door with the window, the sample drop-off table will be to your left. If no one is available please leave the sample with your business card.
